Chef's Table

We stopped in for brunch after a nice hike. We were warmly greeted and seated near a beautiful view of the river valley, sat down with a cold glass of ice water complete with cranberry's! We had a 21 month old and they were well equipped with a full high chair and colouring page with crayons, and kiddie menu. The best came when the food arrived. Although already delicious and well dressed with fresh garnishes, the first bite just yelled wow! They do not skip on quality, every ingredient is fresh and the food is delivered in a heated skillet - so your dish never gets cold! All of our staff loved every minute of it! The food, atmosphere, service, table setup, sleigh ride…it was all great! I was wondering if I could book us in for next year already?

One word: Phenomenal. I was recently invited to try the brand new menu @westlake_grill and lemme tell ya... I think this is some of the best food in Red Deer, hands down (and I don’t say that lightly).
